Daniel Santos 90 Day Fiancé fans have finally seen Biniyam Shibre meeting Ariela Weinberg’s parents. Who is Ariela’s father Dr. Fred Weinberg?
The second series of 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way premiered in June this year and since then viewers at home have been closely following each couple’s journey.
One of the couples that many are interested in is Ariela Weinberg and her partner Biniyam Shibre.
In the show’s latest episode (November 8th), Biniyam met Ariela’s father for the first time.
So, who is Ari’s father Dr. Fred Weinberg? Let’s find more about him.
Who is Dr. Fred Weinberg?
Dr. Fred Weinberg is a cardiologist based in Princeton, NJ.
He specialises in cardiovascular disease and has 42 years of experience in the healthcare field.
Fred graduated from Stony Brook University in 1978 and completed his residency at the University Of Pennsylvania.
He is affiliated with the University Medical Center Of Princeton At Plainsboro.
Dr. Fred Weinberg on 90 Day Fiancé
In the show’s latest episode (November 8th), Dr. Weinberg and his wife Janice arrived in Ethiopia to meet Ariela’s partner Biniyam and their grandchild Aviel. Janice has already seen Biniyam but it was the first time Fred and Biniyam have met.
Biniyam went to the airport to pick them up and welcome them with flowers.
“Dr. Weinberg,” Biniyam said as he shook hands with Ari’s father and gave flowers to him.
“A real, live person instead of just pictures,” Fred said to which Janice added, asking Biniyam: “So does he remind you of Ari?”
“Yes, of course, she looks like him,” Biniyam said. “Especially the baby, he looks like Dr. Weinberg.”
Then Biniyam and Fred exchanged a father-son–in-law moment when Fred asked Biniyam to not call him Dr. Weinberg and they both agreed that “dad” works better since they are family now.
Biniyam was nervous before meeting Ari’s father but that changed after the two exchanged a few words and got to know each other better.
Is Dr. Fred Weinberg on social media?
We weren’t able to find Fred’s social media profiles.
He might be on Instagram but we couldn’t track down a public account that belongs to him.
However, we were able to find Janice on Instagram who is on the platform under the handle @commandomom.
She has been actively supporting Ari’s stint on the TLC series and regularly shares pictures of her children and grandchildren.
