How Did Abby And Libby Die?

On February 13, 2017, Liberty (Libby) German and Abigail(Abby) Williams were dropped off by Libby’s sister on County Road 300 North, east of the Hoosier Heartland Highway, at 1:15 p.m.  

The kids decided to walk from the bridge, but they didn’t reach on time when their father arrived to pick them up. After searching for their kids, the family reported to the Indiana state police to find the two teenage girls. 

The girls were reported to go missing at 5:30 p.m., and their dead bodies were lying 0.5 miles east of the abandoned Monon High Bridge the next day. The family was shocked after hearing the death news. 

A week later, the IN State Police located Libby’s phone. In her phone, an audio recording of a man’s voice saying to Libby, “down the hill.”

A fake account with the username “anthony_shots” had interacted with Libby on Snapchat and Instagram for the past few days until she died. The fake username claims to be a wealthy model, as per the chats on her phone. 

Why Is Richard Allen Arrested?

Richard Allen, 50, is recently arrested for being a suspect in the Abby and Libby Delphi murder case. He was held in Carroll County jail on Friday due to his connection with the case. 

Richard is a husband and a father of one child. In 2018, his wife shared a picture on social media where she captured a photo of her daughter standing on the same bridge. 

She also shared a picture in which she can be seen in the Delphi bar and a sketch of the Delphi murderer suspect.

He is a licensed Pharmacy Tech, and after his arrest, Libby’s sister went on Twitter to say, “Today is the day.” She didn’t write any more details, but she mentioned that a press conference is scheduled for Monday, October 31, 2022. 

The Indiana State Police has officially confirmed a press conference scheduled for Monday, which will begin at 10 a.m. Further details Libby will share on Monday.

Abby And Libby Autopsy Results

According to the Indiana State Police, the autopsy report of Abby and Libby, murdered in February 2017, will remain confidential. 

Reporters asked the Police to share the reason for not disclosing the autopsy report, so the IN State Police said it would be better for the investigation if the autopsy results remained sealed.
