Alexia Echevarria Spouse: Who Is Todd Nepola?
Ava Arnold Alexia Echevarria, star of “The Real Housewives of Miami,” has had a difficult time with her previous husbands but hopes Todd Nepola will be her lucky third husband.
Pedro Rosello, Alexia’s first husband and father of her boys Peter and Frankie, was detained in one of the largest cocaine smuggling operations in 1992.
The “RHOM” star went on with Herman Echevarria after Alexia and Rosello were divorced in the middle of the 1990s.
They got hitched in 2004 and divorced in 2015. Alexia suspected he was gay during their marriage, but she didn’t learn the truth until a year after their divorce when he passed away suddenly from a heart attack.
Todd Nepola was Alexia’s second love, and the two became engaged in 2019.
Alexia and Todd wed on December 16, 2021, at St. Barths after their wedding was postponed owing to the passing of Alexia’s mother on the day of their scheduled wedding.
The newlyweds celebrated with a lavish honeymoon, taking them to several different countries, beginning in Tel Aviv and concluding in Greece.
While the reality television star manages Alexia + Frankie’s Beauty Bar and is a boss lady in her own right, Nepola also has the resources to support their extravagant lifestyle and is no slacker either.
Who is Todd Nepola?
Todd Nepola is a boss, just like his wife, Alexia Echevarria. The 2002-founded Current Capital Group, whose president and founder is a real estate developer, was founded.
Nepola has real estate in his blood, claims his bio. His great-grandfather emigrated to New York City from Italy and contributed to constructing the Holland Tunnel and the underground lines in Manhattan.
Nepola entered the real estate industry in 1994 after completing his degree from the University of South Florida.
Nepola’s business maintains properties and arranges leases for owners looking to rent out their premises in addition to developing real estate.
However, Nepola earns (and spends) a lot on high-profile agreements.
He spent $12.7 million on two shopping centers in Palm Beach County in 2022, followed by another $24 million for two nearby Fort Lauderdale commercial centers.
For an additional $10.7 million, he acquired another shopping center in Margate.
Although many might object to spending such hefty sums, Nepola is confident in his abilities and open about his knowledge.
Todd Nepola: Arthur and novelist
Todd Nepola can add “author” to his portfolio in addition to being one of South Florida’s best real estate developers.
In 2022, he published “Keeping It Real on Commercial Real Estate: The Right Answers to All Your Real Estate Questions.”
In the book, Nepola offers tips on choosing wisely and managing properties for people considering investing in commercial real estate.
He also offers advice on increasing a property’s value and whether to maintain it for future purposes or sell it for a profit.
Nepola utilizes the money from his book sales to support charitable organizations and impart the wisdom he has gained over the years.
Nepola is a published novelist in addition to being a voracious reader.
“One thing we could all do to get better at the situation is to read books! As you can see from the 60 books I have on my table, I read them all last year that was a personal best for me, and I also wrote a book,” he remarked on Instagram. Nepola advised people to pick a subject and educates themselves on subjects they are interested in.
Thanks to books, nobody will ever be able to take your education away from you.
