First, I want you to know, I’ve been in your shoes before… struggling and frustrated with dating for years. I couldn’t figure out what I was doing wrong.

I had a pattern picking partners based on chemistry + good on paper, but when it came down to a serious level, they were mostly emotionally UNAVAILABLE and UNABLE to fully commit. Boy, my “dating picker” was OFF!

Wanting to stop this vicious time-wasting dating cycle, I had to recognize one thing, that I was the common DENOMINATOR in ALL of my relationships and that “I” made ALL my relationship choices (even the bad ones).

I really wanted my FOREVER relationship and in order to find that AMAZING relationship, I knew my approach had to change.

So I focused on learning about myself, dating, and relationships. Like most singles, I never was taught by my parents, school, or any friends what a happy and HEALTHY relationship looked like. My quest for knowledge had me participating TONS of different dating workshops and relationship training.

Then I had my biggest breakthrough, I was relying WAY too much on only chemistry and comfort to make my relationship choices. It became obvious to me, that I lacked pertinent dating + relationship skills to find and experience a LASTING relationship.

And through my quest for knowledge, I became CONSCIOUS of what I required (non-negotiables), needed, and wanted in a relationship. In addition, I developed important communication skills to be effective at handling conflict.

When I returned to dating with my new found perspective, my confidence was BOOSTED, and within a short time, my dating experience completely changed…I met the love of my life, now my husband (we’re celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary in May (YEY!).

Having gained so much awareness about myself, my ideal relationship + ideal partner, helped me find my “forever” relationship much quicker. And this why CONSCIOUS DATING is so important, this approach provides you with pure CLARITY.

My personal experience gave me the inspiration to start helping singles find their *forever* relationships. Wanting to help in a more professionally,  I became a Master Certified Relationship Coach, receiving my training at the Relationship Coaching Institute (RCI), where I served on faculty as their Lead Mentor Coach.

I’m also an Author of “A Woman’s Handbook to Online Dating: Secrets to Successfully Find Love Online” and proud to be named one of LA’s Best Dating Coach in 2014.
