Forget Chris Hughes and Olivia Attwood’s volatile relationship, episode three of Crackin’ On was all about Chris and Kem.

Fans of Love Island had been patiently waiting for a guest appearance from Kem, particularly after the hairdresser from Romford failed to show up on Chris’s birthday.

Twitter was not impressed…

Fortunately, the bromance buddies were tasked with presenting the NTA’s together during the third instalment of Chris & Olivia: Crackin’ On.

Finally, audiences were gifted with not only a break from Olivia’s whining voice but a chance to see our favourite reality TV boys bouncing off one-other.

Rekindling Former Flames

Having proved inseparable during 2017’s Love Island, Chris and Kem had drifted apart outside of the villa, with Kem taking on a starring role in Dancing On Ice, and Chris busy documenting his break-up with Olivia.

It was as if Chris was meeting up with an ex to rekindle their undying love, as he looked visibly nervous in the taxi ride to meet his bezzie-b.

Knee anxiously jerking and blabbering on about a joke… how adorable is Chris!

Just Like Old Times

Like a six-year-old talking about the ‘new mate’ he had made on his first day at big school, Chris ensured that he prefixed Kem’s name with the term “best friend”.

Literally, this was the happiest we had seen Chris across the entire Crackin’ On series…

The giggly pair went about their red carpet rehearsal in typical muck-around fashion before rolling up to the big event in their best tuxedos and biggest grins.

Chris and Kem bounced off each other as they interviewed celeb after celeb, grabbing all the juicy gossip on who was team Olivia and Chris and who was team Kember.

Together Forever

The pair continued to work the red carpet like magic, naturals to the presenting gig like a modern-day Ant and Dec.

Kem even tried his charm on Holly Willoughby.

Go on son!

Although I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here claimed the National Television Award, Chris was chuffed to bits with the overall experience of presenting on the red carpet.

Thinking about it, though, it was probably more to do with the alone time with Kem!
