Billy Yole's Wrestling Recruiting Profile
Andrew Mccoy Personal Statement
I have set a goal of wrestling in the NCAA or NAIA as well as on the International Stage, World Championships and Olympics. Life has a way of throwing you curve balls, which happened in early 2022 with a serious abdominal injury. I am fully healed and stronger than ever now...
This little setback has given me an extra year of maturity and development in my sport, now targeting to enter University / College in 2024.
Upon completion, I want to "pay it forward" and help the athletes of the future with the experience, knowledge and technique that I have had passed on to me . . .
Further to that, I am very interested in Kinesiology as my educational line of studies, and will be pursuing this career to help others in athletics and real world injuries.
Presently, I help coach and mentor younger wrestlers within our club, as well as at my former Jiu Jitsu Club in their technique, and accompany them to their tournaments.
I eat a proper balanced diet, coupled with proper rest.
Work out - weight training three days (early), and endurance running three days (early) per week, coupled with wrestling technique 6 nights a week.
Two hours homework and review each day.
One day rest and recovery while enjoying family and friends.
I follow and study Top Wrestlers and their Technique, then incorporate these techniques into my workouts to draw from when needed in competition.
I have an open invitation to train with Cuban National Team in Havana Cuba under Cuban National Coach Jesus Rodrígues Grazòn. Training with Cuban National Team in August 2018, December 2018, August 2019, December 2019 until Covid Restrictions. Trained at David Taylor's M2 Training Center under David Taylor (Olympic & World Champion), Eric Thompson (Arizona State Coach), Danny Coles (Princeton University Wrestler).
I am excited and determined to represent my university / college through to the National Championships . . .
Looking forward to speaking with you about our future accomplishments together as Coach and Athlete
Respectfully
Billy D. C. Yole
