Saturday night saw Thor 'The Mountain' Bjornsson beat Eddie Hall in what many were calling the Super Heavyweight boxing fight, but the Englishman did not hesitate in immediately asking for a rematch.

Hall was left with a nasty eye cut following his fight against Bjornsson at the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium, with this bout coming after a five-year feud between the two men.

The exhibition fight went the whole six-round distance, and Hall had a message for his fans on Instagram afterwards.

"You know what, I can take things as a man. It is what it is, that's boxing," said Hall.

"At the end of the day I've just fought the biggest man on the planet in a boxing match. I'd like to see anyone else get the balls and do that.

"It's been a hell of a journey; I've enjoyed it and hopefully there's a rematch and we can do business again.

"I want to wish everyone out there.. that you're staying safe, staying positive and you keep moving forward in life."

Hall ended up losing unanimously to Bjornsson.
