Sarah Rodriguez Logan and Jake Paul found their perfect slice of paradise in Puerto Rico, 20 miles west of San Juan, in the Dorado Beach East Community. The property, purchased for $13 million in 2021, lies in a gated community inside the Ritz Carlton Reserve.
The Paul brothers have taken the boxing world by storm, in particular Jake, who suffered his first loss on Sunday Feb. 26th but still managed to bag a $30 million purse. The loss against Tommy Fury damaged his ego, but not his pockets. And a rematch is already in the works.

The home was built by entrepreneur Kevin Thobias in 2018, who rents it lo Logan Paul and Jake Paul for $55,000 a month.

The 5 bedroom / 7 bathroom home boasts 5,200 sq ft of living space, a massive pool, and an additional 3-bedroom guest house. The resort also comes in a slew of ammenities, including 2,000 acres of golf courses and miles of white sandy beaches.
The two-story house has marble floors, a full chef's kitchen, dining room, and a sunroom overlooking the swimming pool.

Jake Paul has stated on several occasions that he "loves Puerto Rico", and that the isolation he experiences while in his bunker has been key to prepping his fights.
