Chris Brown is facing a new lawsuit over an alleged brawl that took place at a London nightclub.

The incident reportedly occurred on February 19 at The Tape club in London's Mayfair, during Brown's UK concert tour.

The alleged victim, producer Abe Diaw, claims that Chris Brown physically assaulted him during the altercation.

Diaw previously spoke to The Sun in April, recounting the incident: "He hit me over the head two or three times. My knee collapsed as well. He's making out it was one of his entourage, but it was him. I've spoken to the police, and they hope to resolve the matter soon. It's now in the hands of my solicitor, and I can't comment further."

According to Diaw, he was seriously injured during the confrontation and had to be taken to the hospital. After his discharge, he required crutches to walk.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Diaw alleges that Chris Brown used a bottle of Don Julio 1942 tequila as a weapon during the altercation.

Diaw claims that he was hit with "crushing blows" over the head, causing him to lose consciousness.

He further alleges that Brown continued the assault by ruthlessly stomping on him while he was unconscious on the club floor.

He also claims there is surveillance footage of the incident, with London authorities in possession of the video.

Diaw believes he can identify Chris Brown in the footage and asserts that Brown is considered a fugitive in the United Kingdom as a result of the alleged incident.

Diaw, who states that he has known Chris Brown for at least seven years, initially believed Brown was approaching him to offer a hug.

Instead, Brown allegedly struck him three times with the tequila bottle, leading to the injuries and emotional distress that Diaw claims he continues to suffer.

As of now, representatives of Chris Brown have not released any statements concerning the lawsuit.

Chris Brown's history includes previous legal issues, including a 2009 assault on his then-girlfriend Rihanna, which caused facial injuries, as well as a 2013 arrest for breaking a man's nose in Washington DC after refusing to take a picture with him.

Brown voluntarily entered rehab but was subsequently expelled and sentenced to a year in jail for violating probation.
