About Christine Vargo

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a Certified Gestalt Therapist, a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator – Clinician, and Co-Founder of Full Expression: The Human Condition, LLC. I have worked in various settings and capacities for more than 20 years for non-profit organizations in NYC and Washington, DC. With experience in administration and as a clinician, I bring a range of skills to my work including, management, public speaking, and group work. I utilize a present-centered, experiential approach that strives to support my clients by connecting to their minds, bodies, and spirits. I invite my clients to practice identifying and increasing awareness of the patterns and defenses no longer serving them. Working with clients to unravel the core beliefs that are keeping them stuck, I strive to offer clients tools and skills to develop a practice of living with clear boundaries, integrity, self-compassion, and gratitude. My mission is to help clients develop a deep connection with themselves and transform how they can live and love their world.
