CNN - Stunt pilot survives fiery crash

YUMA, Arizona (CNN) -- A stunt pilot rehearsing for an air
show in Arizona managed to survive unharmed after her plane
slammed into the ground and erupted in a ball of fire. (604K/15 sec. QuickTime movie)
The accident happened Friday night at the Marine Corps Air Station in Yuma. The woman's biplane was flying upside down over the runway when it veered out of control.
Afterward, the woman apologized for crashing the plane and for not being able to perform in the air show.
