The Malibu Series portfolio consists of 13 luxurious and architecturally significant homes. The properties within the Malibu series include five case residences: the New Castle, Malibu Road Beach House, Cliffside, Paradise Cove House, Serra Retreat, Point Dume Compound, Carbon Canyon, and Who Homes: Where, Why, What, and Who?

The New Castle
The New Castle is the first house in the Malibu Series. The house is located in one of Malibu's most eye-catching sites, and it was priced at $75 million. The house includes a teak wine room, and the glass-enclosed room reveals a stunning panorama of the ocean beyond the three-sided infinity pool.
The kitchen is a custom-designed Baulthaup that features Gaggenau appliances, Miele, and Sub-Zero. The floors in the house feature signature hand-scraped 80-year-old White Oak.
The Case Residences
The Case Residence features five mid-century modern-inspired homes that are situated within a 24-acre guard-gated community in Malibu Bluffs. The price of the houses ranges from $50 million to $100 million.
