So, let’s not beat around the bush here and jump straight to the chase and explain how to unlock Room 302. The first thing you’ll need to know is where to find the Sawah Hotel in Al Mazrah DMZ. You’ll have to go to the “sunken village” of Sawah. This is in the far southwest region of the map, which you can see on our map below. Once there, you’ll spot a white-walled, blue-trimmed waterlogged hotel. Check out the image below to know exactly how it looks.

How to Unlock Room 302 in Sawah Hotel DMZ MW2

UPDATE: As of Season 2, it is no longer possible to enter the room through the roof. You will now need to find the Room 302 key. Unfortunately, to the best of our knowledge, the key is a random drop.

When you reach the Sawah Hotel, you’ll need to clear any potential enemies around you first. Depending on the level of danger, you will either want to enter the building and use the elevator to reach the top floor or, alternatively, you can use the ladders on the wall outside and climb directly to the roof. You’ll spot the door to room 302 on the top floor. However, the room is locked, and there is no key for them.

And here comes the tricky part. Namely, the task says “unlock Room 302”, but that’s not possible to do from the outside. Rather, you will have to go back to the roof and enter through the skylight. Each room on the top floor has a window on a roof, and we’ve marked the one for Room 302 in the image below.

Enter the room through the roof, and now comes the “loot and extract the golden .50 GS” task. Simply pick up the golden .50 GS inside Room 302.
