About Erica Jacobs

Hi there, I'm Erica! I am a teacher, a healer, a listener, a mover and a shaker. I am an active advocate for Health at EVERY Size, having experienced years of binge eating, disordered eating and body image issues. 

I am deeply interested in writing, listening, counseling and speaking in a way that invites you into finding YOUR true, authentic voice. I guide my clients to be unabashedly human, brutally honest and very relatable. I love to use language you can touch, feel, take home with you and apply to your life. I don't believe in counting calories, and my anti-diet approach to eating with intuition and living with integrity makes my practice one of a kind.

When I'm not serving the world in my forward-thinking ways, I can be found rubbing essential oils all over everything, saying “Namaste” to strangers at Whole Foods, sweating my brains out in Yoga, lovingly bickering with my Mother and hash tagging ALL over town!
