Park Chanyeol of world-renowned group EXO has taken part in recording the final original soundtrack for the famous Daum webtoon "She's My Type.

In mid-September, a representative from TOON STUDIO revealed that EXO Chanyeol is included in the lineup of artists who will be participating in the OST for the said webtoon. Joining him are A Pink's Eunji and K-Indie band Standing Egg.

Recently, TOON STUDIO announced that EXO's rapper will be singing the finale OST of "She's My Type. The title of the song goes by "Minimal Warm, which is said to contain the overall personality and own views of the male lead in the webtoon who has the same name as him - Chanyeol. In addition, the single also conveys his true feelings toward Haedam, the female protagonist in the story.

On October 27, TOON STUDIO launched the preview for "Minimal Warm on their official YouTube channel, and fans are melting over EXO Chanyeol's deep yet soothing vocals. The video has already reached more than 55,000 views in just one day. Not to mention, EXO-Ls (EXO's official fan club name), can't wait to hear the full version of "Minimal Warm. Thankfully, fans need not wait for long as the OST will be launched on November 1 at 6 p.m. KST.

This project marks EXO Chanyeol's fifth time to participate in singing the OST. He first lent his unique voice for a South Korean reality-documentary show titled "Law of the Jungle in 2016. That same year, he collaborated with Yuan Shanshan to sing "I Hate You for a romantic comedy film entitled "So I Married an Anti-Fan, in which Chanyeol was also cast as one of the male leads and took the role of Hou Zhun.

Also in 2016, the idol sang "Stay With Me along with singer Punch. It was well-received by fans across the globe, and until now it holds the title of being the most-viewed video on YouTube for a K-Drama OST. Then, this year he released the "Go Away Go Away, which Chanyeol also recorded with Punch. It is an OST meant for the television series "Dr. Romantic 2.

Written by Roseong, "She's My Type is one of the most well-known webtoons on Daum, with more than 200 million net views and has 9.9 ratings. It is a romance story that is about a tomboy named 'Haedam' who was friend-zoned by her first love and was persistent to have a major transformation before she goes to college. But then, she made a mistake on her first day of school, making her realize that she needs help from her neighbor. In return, she promises to endure their living conditions and keep his secret.

Numerous artists have previously released OSTs for the webtoon "She's My Type, and these include MONSTA X members Shownu and Minhyuk, B1A4 members Gray and Sandeul, Super Junior's Kyuhyun, A Pink's Eunji, Crush, and Car, the garden.
