Every year, the Zamora Award is presented by MARCA to the goalkeeper who has conceded the fewest goals in LaLiga.

This trophy has been handed out to renowned figures such as Casillas, Arconada and Zubizarreta, and is named in honor of the first winner, the legendary Ricardo Zamora.

In the 2021-22 season, the goalkeeper who has conceded the fewest goals was Yassine Bounou, the Sevilla goalkeeper.

Now, Socios.com, together with MARCA, gave Sevilla's Fan Token Holders the opportunity to present the award to the Moroccan goalkeeper.

With 31 games played in LaLiga, he conceded only 24 goals, that is to say, a total of 0.77 goals per game.

Incredible numbers, which have earned him the Zamora Trophy.

This trophy was presented to him at the training center by a fan belonging to Socios.com: Sergio Lopez.

And it wasn't just any old process for choosing the winner of such an award.

The person chosen to present the trophy was selected from a survey on the Socios.com app, in which you had to show how much you know about the current Sevilla goalkeeper.

The winner (Sergio) was chosen and was able to meet the goalkeeper and present him with the award at the club's training center.

This new experience comes from the partnership between Socios and Diario MARCA.

The leading newspaper in Spain which is also in charge of handing out the LaLiga awards, including the aforementioned Zamora Award and others such as the Pichichi and Zarra.
