What did I tell you people about the Danger Oscars? For your consideration, Sylvester Stallone posted a video to Twitter yesterday in which Creed star Michael B. Jordan gets knocked unconscious while shooting a fight scene. “Michael B Jordon [sic], ‘young creed and ‘getting KO’d for real! But he got up and did it again! That’s called guts!!” Stallone declared. (Watch with caution! It’s a nasty punch.) If you get hit in the face so hard you are knocked out while filming a movie, you should automatically get an Oscar nom. Did Colin Firth get his face pulverized for The King’s Speech? I didn’t see it, but I’m assuming he didn’t. Did Bruce Dern get hit so hard he got a concussion on the set of Nebraska? I can’t be 100 percent certain, but my gut says no. You’re asking some great questions that I can’t actually answer, but my point remains the same. Get this guy all the nominations already!
