Personal Statement

Hey Coach... My goal is to play collegiate golf while earning my degree. I am a multi-sport athlete, I play basketball and golf. Last year I decided to not pursue basketball in college but instead focus on playing golf in college. Over the last year I have been working with a private swing coach and played as many tournaments as I could, (as many as my Dad could afford). I have made a lot of progress in gaining consistency and lowering my scores.

My experience has taught me that if I continue to work hard every day and stay disciplined and true to the right things, that I can and will accomplish my goals, both academically and athletically. The most important thing to me in choosing a school and golf program is that our priorities line up. Here are mine:
