Jayne was looking so fabulous in her Pia Michi dress and glam that many thought she must have had plastic surgery to achieve such youthful looks. However, it may not be surgery which is the magic secret, rather a healthy lifestyle, ice skating, a good MUA and wardrobe team.
Jayne has previously said in an interview that she has no desire to go under the knife. However, fans think that doesn’t rule out any non-surgical procedures. Botox and many other changes to the face can be made through injections, though Jayne has never spoken openly about this.

Fans of Dancing on Ice took to Twitter to ask fellow followers whether they thought Jayne had done plastic surgery, in particular, a nose job. In fact, people have suspected her to have had surgery for a couple of years now as it seems her looks get better with age. Fans are desperate for her to reveal the secret to her youthful looks!
