The Tale of Bahamut’s Rage quest is the final boss battle in the Undertake quest. Head to the Quest Counter and interact with the girl at the stand. From the menu, select the Undertake Quest. When selecting a quest type, select “Boss”. Finally, scroll all the way down until you find the Tale of Bahamut’s Rage quest. It will be the very last quest on the list there.
