I’ve done a full 180. High school Eva would never have been caught dead in sweatpants. In fact, I was known as that girl who wouldn’t even wear sweats during spirit week (I laugh at that now). Adult Eva loves cuddling up in her cozy Alo bottoms or going for mental health walks in Central Park in warm pants that are comfier than leggings — and better for the colder months, as tight clothing actually impacts your ability to stay warm.

I have done both — I wore the straight-leg style and called them my favorite, as well.
