Robbie Gould definitely upsets Jalen Ramsey. Robbie Gould and Jalen Ramsey got into a fight with one other during the NFC championship game, which is not something that normally happens between kickers and opponents on the field.

Jalen Ramsey, All-Pro cornerback for the Rams, got into a heated argument that needed to be broken up by players and referees.

October came and went, and it happened once more. Gould was shoved as he attempted to speak with Ramsey after Ramsey was seen slamming into the 49ers kicker.

After a typical extra point play in the second half of the game, Rams cornerback Jalen Ramsey collided with Niners kicker Robbie Gould. It wasn't a full-speed charge and it wasn't a blatantly malicious bump; rather, it was the kind of bump that players occasionally utilize as a macho display in which they are aware that someone is blocking their path but refuse to move on their behalf.

Regardless of how strong the bump was, Gould did not like it and began yelling at Ramsey as the cornerback moved towards the sideline, acting as if nothing had happened. Then, as Ramsey shoved Gould aside, a representative intervened to divide the two.

Is there beef between the two players?

Following a replay of that incident, viewers of Sunday's game were given to a film of Ramsey having a heated conversation with a teammate on the sidelines.

The fact that Ramsey, a skilled, aggressive, and trash-talking cornerback, attempted to discredit Gould, a 39-year-old kicker, may seem odd to those outside the sport, but the two have a history.

The two players got into each other's faces during the NFC Championship game from the previous season after Gould kicked a field goal right before halftime.

It sounded as though Gould was somewhat trying to minimize what had transpired by remarking, "It's just a rivalry game, you know what I mean?" But when reporters asked about the altercation, the kicker also jokingly noted that Ramsey "asked me for my jersey for Christmas."

It goes without saying that Niners supporters should take note of the fact that their kicker is more than willing to argue with a league superstar if he feels mistreated on the field.

The fact that apparently one of the hardest defenders in the league is still at odds with a kicker is the most important thing to remember here, just as it was in January.
