Pop artist Justin Bieber just shared some shocking news to his fans that will inevitably bring a lot of positivity towards him. In recent weeks, the artist has been canceling shows left and right without offering some kind of explanation. Nobody feared anything major but Justin himself just shared some shocking news that come with imagery that is not for the faint of heart.

As it turns out, Justin Bieber has a rare neurological disorder that is causing his face to get paralyzed. He addressed his fans through an Instagram video and he seems quite distressed due to what he is going through.

In the video above, Justin tells his fans that the reason he's been canceling recent tour dates is because he was just diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt syndrome. Here's what he said: "It is from this virus that attacks the nerve in my ear-my facial nerves-and has caused by face to have paralysis. So for those who are frustrated by my cancelations of the next shows, I'm just physically, obviously, not capable of doing them.

"This is pretty serious, as you can see. I wish this wasn't the case, but, obviously, my body is telling me I gotta slow down. I'm gonna get better [...] We don't know how much time it's gonna be, but it's gonna be OK. And I have hope, and I trust God, and I trust that this is all for a reason; not sure what that is right now, but in the meantime, I'm gonna rest. I love you guys."

To those who don't recall, Justin's wife, Hailey Bieber also suffered a serious medial issue. Although her's was more life-threatening than her husband's. She suffered stroke-like symptoms due to a blood clot that traveled from her heart to her brain. Fortunately she is on the mend right now and Justin will have more time to spend with her while the two of them get fully recovered.

Artists of Bieber's caliber tend to overbook shows and put their bodies through heavy physical and emotional distress. There comes a time when they also need to rest and their bodies react to these issues. Needless to say, the entire world is sending messages of support for Bieber. Hopefully, he will make a speedy recovery.
