Sophia Dalton Michelle and Owen are one of the two singletons who were matched together on Channel 4’s new series of Married At First Sight.
The show sees two complete strangers tie the knot for the first time they meet each other, before their relationship is tested to see if they are truly right for each other.
Although the pairs are matched by relationship experts, time will only tell to see if they are truly made for each other. So are Michelle and Owen still together now? We explored their relationship to find out!
Meet Michelle and Owen
Michelle is a 25-year-old primary school teacher from Hastings. She has had two serious relationships before.
Owen Jenkins is a 31-year-old IT manager from Sheffield. He volunteers at a children’s hospice in his spare time.
Michelle allegedly didn’t mention to her family that she’s about to settle down and get married until the last minute, whereas Owen is on the search to find “the one”.

Michelle and Owen on Married At First Sight
The pair are matched together by relationship experts before they laid eyes on each other at Eastwell Manor in Ashford Kent – where they got married.
Michelle revealed that she “instantly felt calmer” when she saw her new beau Owen. She said:
The feelings of being terrified just instantly fell away.
In return, Owen was just as overjoyed when he first saw Michelle, saying she is “gorgeous”. But the real test was if they got through the lockdown, as it was announced just days after they became newlyweds.

Are Michelle and Owen still together?
- Yes
On Owen’s Facebook profile, his relationship status states he is married to Michelle Alexandra.
As the nation went into lockdown, Michelle reportedly moved in with Owen at his mother’s home, who was away at the time.
According to the Daily Mail, Michelle said it was “exciting” to stay with him during the lockdown.
They are living together, having moved into their home in January 2021.
