Personal Statement

I have grown up spending my winters watching NCAA hockey games in the Boston area, which has strongly influenced my desire to play college hockey.  My goal is to play hockey at the highest possible level that I can while obtaining a high-level education.  

Some things that differentiate me from many players are my size, strength, physicality, and work ethic.  I am a strong skater, I have a good vision of the ice, and I make good passes. Defensively, I have a good stick and I am hard to play against.

 In school, I have always been a solid student with a diligent work ethic.  I receive high marks, and I am constantly trying to make them better. 

As a person, I attempt to be the best version of myself everywhere I go and I do my best to approach things with a good attitude.

When I’m not playing hockey, I enjoy going to the beach with my family on Martha’s Vineyard for a week during the summer. I also enjoy going fishing with my dad and brother. In addition, I spend some of my free time playing guitar, reading books, and watching movies.
