James Holden Former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Michael Irvin was accused of misconduct in Texas but denied the allegations.
TMZ Sports reported a spokesperson for the Allen Police Department confirmed there is an ongoing investigation but did not release any details.

McCathern said the allegation "will turn out to be much ado about nothing" and "saddens me" because there is "absolutely no truth" to it.
