The New Fairfield teacher arrested on February 20th, 2023, seems to have no ethical or moral values. The disgraced teacher was accused of having a s*xual relationship with a minor.
S*xual abuse knows no gender and no limits. Andie Rosafort, 31, of New Fairfield, turned herself in at Troop A in Southbury and was charged with s*xual assault of 2nd degree, enticing a minor by computer, and risk of injury to a child.
Rosafort was released on a $100,000 bond and will appear in court on March 1st.
The New Fairfield High School administrators called the police after they were informed about s*xual misconduct between an employee of the school and a juvenile student.
Rosafort’s misconduct came to light when a friend of the victim figured out what was happening behind closed doors between Rosafort and their friend.
The student told their parents about it, who immediately complained to the school.
Upon investigation, the juvenile victim told police that they had been in contact through private messages on social media for several months, with an adult female, who the victim later identified as Rosafort.
The victim said they allegedly received unsolicited s*xually explicit images and videos of Rosafort sent from a social media account. The victim further alleged that Rosafort would also send messages requesting photos of them.
It is unclear if the victim knew that the person on the other side of this disgusting encounter was their teacher.
The s*xual encounter took place inside the abuser’s SUV after the abuser went to pick up the victim from a residence in New Fairfield.
According to the victim, they felt uncomfortable, exited the vehicle, and immediately returned to the gathering from where they were picked up.
Detectives examined the victim’s cell phone and discovered several screen recordings of videos on a social media platform containing explicit content and depicting an individual identified by investigators as Rosafort.
Police also examined Rosafort’s cell phone data and records from a social media account associated with Rosafort. They found photos and videos identical to those described by the victim.
Police described her as an employee of the school system. However, her name is missing from the system’s website, and it is unclear if the school removed her name after being arrested or before that.
