As I write this, I’m sitting in a coffee shop, where another espresso-sipping patron looked up from their laptop and complimented my shoes just five minutes ago. Perhaps most notable is their water-repellant exterior. Made from recycled water bottles, it nevertheless has a knit style appearance. I’ve pounded the NYC pavement in the rain while wearing them, and they’ve remained as fresh and sleek as the day I broke them out of their box. To truly test their resistance to liquids, I accidentally poured rosé over the shoes the other day while sipping al fresco. To my delight, my vino beaded up and rolled right off the toe box with no visible staining.

Wearing these boots is akin to walking on clouds thanks to the pillowy, padded insoles and added arch support. Furthermore, their stretchiness makes pulling them on a two-second process, devoid of buckles or zippers to fiddle with.

Finally, another shopper, who is astonished by the comfort factor, “wore them for nine hours for a football game… and then walked [in] a convention center for two days in absolute comfort!” They’re “like wearing a stylish slipper,” the shopper added.
