"We were at a meeting at the American Club in Lake Geneva (Wis.), and Nellie said, 'I've got Pressey and he's got to play forward, but he's not really a forward. He can pass. He can see over people. But I don't know what to do with him.' I said, 'Well, you could use him as a point forward like I did with Robert Reid.'

"Nellie just jumped all over that," Harris said. "He loved it and that's the way it was from then on. Nellie was not shy and he talked a lot about it, so he gets credit for it. But Tom Nissalke started it, I named it and Nellie popularized it. That's the honest truth."
