Serie A Taken from her phone in 2017

Italian sports journalist Diletta Leotta fell victim to hackers in 2017 who stole some of her most private photos.

A number of her nude selfies which were stolen from her phone and went viral after the initial hack have been re-released.

"What happened is extremely serious," Sky Sport Italia, who Leotta works for, stated.

"Diletta's mobile phone was hacked and some very private photos from years ago, and even some edited ones, were published.

"They are currently being shared by a large number of people."
