On a podcast with notable YouTuber Logan Paul, one of the presenters inquired about Shaq’s POV on casino parties. The former Los Angeles Lakers great had a simple response.

Shaq used to participate in such events, but now, due to his age, he opposes them. Shaq stated, “I used to when I was your age, now that I am a dad, I have to relax.” 

The NBA star Shaquille O’Neal has been a part of some crazy get-togethers in the past. Shaquille attended one of Rodman’s parties at the time he played for the Lakers. It goes without saying that Shaq was taken aback by the condition of the celebrations.

Legendary Chicago Bulls player Dennis Rodman’s penchant for partying is no secret. Most fans know him from his career with the Chicago Bulls and the Detroit Pistons, but he also played for the Los Angeles Lakers.

O’Neal commented on that shocking event, “Next thing I know, I’d see him at some club that night with about thirty girls on him—those crazy, techno, ecstasy highlight parties. I once walked into one of those parties. Leonardo DiCaprio’s there. Robert Downey, Jr., he’s there.” 

The LA Lakers legend have always led a disciplined and strict lifestyle thanks to his biological father. He once said he doesn’t like to party because he wants to set an example for his children and future NBA greats.
