The gorgeous fitness personality was born on March 24, 1992 in New Mexico, United States. Although she hasn’t revealed details about her parents, she has occasionally posted photos of her parents. She currently resides in Manhattan, New York. Regarding her education, she did not document about her high school. But later, she attended the Arts Institute of California to pursue culinary arts/chef training.

It is not known when and how she started her career, but she was made a chef and a model. In 2009, she worked as a salesperson at Acura Finance. Gradually, her interests began to shift to the glamor industry. So she signed up with Wilhelmina Models and started posing for magazines and promoting the products. As a chef, she appeared on her boyfriend’s show ‘Live with Kelly and Ryan’ on her cooking segment. She also shares photos of her cooking skills and fitness routines on her social media account.

Returning to her personal life, from now on she said she is enjoying her single life again. According to reports, she split from famous personality Ryan Seacret for the third time in mid-2020. Moreover, she has had an on-and-off romantic relationship with Ryan since 2013.
