Signs He's A Good Guy, Based On His Zodiac Sign

When you’re dating someone, it can be hard to know if they’re just trying to win you over and showing you what they think you’ll like, or if they’re being genuine. Is that good guy as fantastic as he seems or is he faking it?

We tend to put on our best, most positive selves forward when wanting to make not only a good first impression but a lasting enough impression to get what we want from the person, whether it’s sex or a relationship.

The theory being, first seal the deal, then you can be your true disgusting self.

However, no matter how you may try to hide it, your real self always comes out, and if one is attentive, there’s a lot we can learn about each other from our behavior and really listening to what people say.

If you want to find out if that guy you like is a decent human being, look for the signs he's a good guy. You just need to pay attention because he’s showing you who he really is all the time.

Does he play mind games with you or have you noticed him trying to manipulate you? Those are what a narcissist does, not a good guy. When he talks to you, does it feel as if it’s from his heart or something that he thinks you want to hear? Players use their words to turn your focus away from getting to know the real them to buy the facade they present.

If you feel that you can’t be who you really are, then it’s probably because he’s not being real with you. No one wants to feel uncomfortable or that they can’t trust being 100 percent with someone.

ARIES (March 21 - April 19)

He's just as kind and polite to strangers as he is to you. It doesn't matter if it's someone sitting next to you in a concert or the wait staff, he treats everyone nicely. This shows a lot about how they are as a person and how they were brought up. He doesn't think he's superior to someone just because they have a service industry job; he treats people as he likes to be treated.

TAURUS (April 20 - May 20)

He looks people in the eye. He doesn't avoid eye contact because he doesn't have anything to hide. He's honest and direct without being a jerk. He's able to stand his ground without being intimidating or overly dominate. When he makes eye contact it shows that he has good self-esteem and that he's interested in what you have to say.

GEMINI (May 21 - June 20)

He doesn't bad-mouth people. When he talks about a mistake one of his co-workers did or something about his ex, he doesn't do it in a mean or nasty way. You don't have to fear that when he's not around you, he's verbally throwing you under the bus. When someone refrains from talking smack about people, it shows that they have character and self-control. He takes responsibility for his part in what went wrong.

CANCER (June 21 - July 22)

He's able to turn something negative into a positive. If he makes plans and then nothing goes right, he doesn't have a meltdown. Instead of making things worse with anger and outbursts, he makes the best of a bad situation. If things are going horribly wrong but you use some creativity, a little patience, and a new perspective, it can be turned around. You end up with a funny story and you miss that uncomfortable feeling you get when someone is having a temper tantrum.

He has a plan for the future but it's not set in stone. He's ambitious but he's not going to walk over other people and their feelings to get what he wants.
