Simon Charles Dorante-Day is determined to get the legitimacy he believes he deserves as the oldest son of King Charles III. He is willing to take his case to extreme lengths in order to prove he should be the next in line to the throne, not Prince William. In British Royalty, the tradition is that the next in line to the throne is always the current ruler's oldest child. In order to achieve this, Dorante-Day is planning a bid for legal DNA tests and he expects a reaction from both of his alleged younger brothers.

Speaking to Channel 7's 7Life show in Australia, Dorante-Day revealed he was always told who his parents were since he was a child. They also do a comparison of his daughter and Princess Charlotte, which shows they share a striking resemblance. Dorante-Day was born in 1966, which is one year before King Charles and Camilla met.

For about 10 months after that, the Queen consort disappeared and Charles was mysteriously sent to Australia.

Here's what he told 7Life in an interview: "Compelling DNA paternity tests from William and Harry has always been part of the overall plan. There's already plenty of public conjecture over the paternity of both of them as it is, might as well resolve it once and for all. Who's really an heir? And genetically the hair holds all the answers! There are obvious visual differences between the three of us that many people have already highlighted. In fact, people often state I look more like Charles than either of them and it won't be just facial appearance that justifies that. There are many other areas including ears, hands, fingers, feet, toes, head shape, hair colour and body structure to be considered as justification."

He continued: "Furthermore, it would also identify that others were well aware of the situation and part of the bigger game that's been played. At the end of the day, it's about getting to the bottom of who's pushing the buttons in my life - who's really done what? As with any case, there were numerous options, different jurisdictions, and a number of venues with which to proceed. I've reviewed all of these and have selected what I think is the most effective and appropriate to capture all the elements of the case and achieve an effective solution. I've resolved that now and have been working on the application. I think William and Harry will be just as resistant as Charles and Camilla."
