ATLANTA — Atlanta Police are investigating after a man was found shot dead outside a luxury Midtown Atlanta high-rise apartment building Monday night.

It happened at the SkyHouse Midtown apartments off West Peachtree Street around 10 p.m. They said it happened outside near the garage. 

The Fulton County Medical Examiner identified the suspect as 26-year-old Keith Flanigan. 

Atlanta police also released surveillance video Tuesday night showing the car and four suspects wanted in connection to the shooting.

They're asking anyone with any information related to the case to contact Crime Stoppers.
