The Darcey and Stacey star took to Instagram to share a snap of her asleep, wearing a hospital gown and face mask, to reveal she’s now recovering after surgery. Stacey Silva was reported to have health complications at the beginning of January, when she shared a video of herself lying in a hospital bed.

Stacey Silva undergoes emergency surgery
Stacey Silva wrote on January 20 that she “had emergency surgery yesterday.” She shared a photo of her lying asleep in a hospital bed, and wrote: “Thank you for all your prayers, positive vibes and well wishes.”
The TLC star is known for getting multiple plastic surgeries with her sister, Darcey. One of Stacey’s latest cosmetic ventures was in April 2023, when she underwent an endoscopic weight loss procedure.
In December, she showed off the results of the healed facelift she had done after traveling to Istanbul with Darcey for touch-up procedures. A month later, she has shocked fans with her hospital snap.
TLC star is now ‘in recovery’
Stacey reassured fans she’s “now in recovery mode” following the surgery on January 19. Although she has stayed silent on the type of procedure, fans speculate it could be complications from plastic surgery.
Towards the end of 2023, she promoted an aesthetics company, revealing she got a “facial contour package” in Miami, Florida. Stacey described the transformation as a “glow up”.
She had ‘health complications’ weeks ago
Stacey shared a video of her lying in a hospital bed at Lennox Hill Hospital on January 5. She also posted a snap of a needle in her arm while hooked up to an IV and wearing a green hospital gown.
It is believed Stacey had health complications, as reported by 90 Day Fiance News. Just days after, she began to share everyday videos looking well with her sister, Darcey Silva.
At the time, one Reddit user wrote, “I don’t doubt she may have had an issue to be addressed or treated at the ER, but taking selfies with filters and “glamming it up” while you’re in the ER.”
