Andrew Mccoy Ms Monet, a singer on The Voice 2023, has won us all over with her mesmerizing voice. The winner of two Grammys didn’t succeed in the NBC competition, though. The Knockouts saw her get eliminated…
Monet and CORii came through during the battles on The Voice, winning over her coach Reba McEntire. And the success is nothing new to the powerhouse singer, as she’s already well-known around Las Vegas. Who is Ms Monet on The Voice?
Ms Monet is a singer from Las Vegas who stars on The Voice 2023. She made it to the knockouts but was then eliminated, and yet she wasn’t stolen by another judge – much to fans’ disappointment.
She is a multi-award-winning vocalist, a World Expo 2020 headliner, and a 91.5 KUNV on-air personality repping the Bay! From a young age, Ms Monet knew she’d be a performer and professional singer.
Born Conesha Monét Owens, she was a featured vocalist for the Dancing With The Stars 2006 winter tour, backed Johnny Mathis on his 2008 release, A Night To Remember, and even performed for Joe Biden.
The Voice 2023 star ‘stolen’ of success
When Ms Monet’s time on The Voice came to an end on the November 13 episode, fans were in shock. Many want the judges to “go to jail” for their decisions – and feel she was stolen of a chance.
One fan said: “John using his steal on Kristen instead of Ms Monet should be illegal #TheVoice.” Another said: “Wait. NO ONE had a steal for Ms. Monet?! I thought for sure someone would grab her. #TheVoice.”
“How in the world did John Legend steal Kristen over Ms.Monet??? Isn’t this show called “The Voice” ??? #thevoice,” reacted an unhappy fan. A fellow viewer said: “NO ONES SAVING MS MONET???? JAIL!!!!!!”
Ms. Monet with such great stage presence and making this difficult song choice sound easy. Love how she found places to dig for some deep notes and then flipped off the whistle tone. Very versatile.#TheVoice #VoiceKnockouts
