Carter Sullivan Tiki Barber’s marriage to a Real Housewives star only adds to the amount of wealth he has accumulated over the years. As a former football player, his bank account is practically brimming with cash.
He may have retired from the NFL, but don’t worry, Tiki is set to appear a lot more often on our Bravo screens. This is because he is the wealthy husband of RHONJ newbie Traci Lyn Johnson.
The former running back hasn’t just scored goals, but has managed to also score (and keep) wife Traci since 2012. With ten years of marriage behind them, the couple have made a family together over the years, as seen on the season.

Tiki Barber’s NFL career
Tiki played for the New York Giants of the National Football League for ten seasons, after a successful stint on the football team at University of Virginia. The athlete broke the University of Virginia’s long jump record on his first jump!
During his senior year, he rushed for over 1,300 yards and was named ACC Player of the Year. Tiki finished his college career with 651 carries for 3,389 yards and 31 touchdowns, and 64 receptions for 602 yards with two touchdowns.
Straight out of college, Tiki was selected by the New York Giants in the second round of the 1997 NFL Draft. Now 46, he decided to retire in 2006, six years before he tied the knot with RHONJ star Traci Lyn Johnson.

The RHONJ star’s net worth
Some fans have speculated that finances could be an issue for Tiki and wife Traci, but going by reports, his net worth says otherwise. Tiki has a whopping $18million to his name, as a result of his career.
The former NFL player’s net worth has remained the same since 2017. His path to the sporting career was already demonstrated by his father James, who ran at Virginia Tech and later played in the NFL.
Although he retired from football, Tiki kept the money coming by becoming a broadcaster. He joined NBC’s The Today Show as a correspondent in 2007, as well as Football Night in America and Sunday Night Football.

Tiki and Traci’s marriage
Tiki and Traci have been calling each other husband and wife since 2012. They first met while she was an NBC intern and he worked on The Today Show. Before making it official, Traci had babysat his sons.
Eight days after his divorce from Virginia Cha was finalised in July 2012, Tiki and Tracimarried in a simple civil ceremony in a New York courtroom. She later gave birth to their daughter Brooklyn on December 27th 2013.
Then in July 2016, their second daughter and Tiki’s sixth child, Teagan, was born. The family-of-four are now part of RHONJ’s latest season, with Traci as a main cast member and newbie.
