After a strong finish to his college career at Miami, Trent Harris—an undrafted free agent—earned a spot on the New England Patriots' practice squad in 2018. That season, the Patriots won a Super Bowl.

New England released him before a year later, though that actually turned out decently well for Harris. The defender caught on with the Miami Dolphins and played 11 games, including three starts. He notched eight appearances for the New York Giants in 2020 and 2021, too.

Harris, who ended 2022 on the Las Vegas Raiders' practice squad, has continued to show why he's an NFL-caliber talent.
