On June 11, The Art of Dialogue unveiled another excerpt from their extensive interview with Billy Garland, Tupac Shakur’s estranged father. 

In this interview segment, the interviewer, Delray Richardson, delves into Garland’s opinions surrounding the murder of his son in 1996 and the perplexing mysteries surrounding the case.

Refuting the accusations against Orlando Anderson, the potential suspect in Tupac Shakur’s death, Billy Garland expresses his skepticism about Keffe D’s claims. 

Billy Garland questions Keffe D’s confession

Keffe D, who is Anderson’s uncle, reportedly confessed to providing the gun that led to the death of the influential artist in the infamous incident known as the All Eyez On Me MC’s murder.

At the 2:27-mark in the video, Tupac Shakur’s father raises a critical point, suggesting that the government holds the key to this enigmatic case. 

He reveals that Tupac was being monitored by the government on the night of his assassination, as well as at Quad Studios. This revelation, according to Garland, is an established fact.

Uncertain of Keffe D’s motives, Garland speculates that perhaps the government offered him a deal to divulge certain information. 

While acknowledging that he doesn’t know Keffe personally, he senses a setup in the circumstances surrounding the murder.

At Caesar’s Palace hotel and casino in Las Vegas on September 13, 1996, Tupac and Anderson engaged in a fight, accompanied by Death Row Records boss Suge Knight and others.

Be that as it may, regardless of being distinguished as a potential suspect in the ensuing shooting, Anderson was rarely captured.

It’s critical that preceding his own homicide in 1998, Tupac’s mom, Afeni Shakur, recorded an improper passing claim against Orlando Anderson.
