From SNL to Documentary Now! to Drag City Records, Fred Armisen’s band The Blue Jean Committee has had quite the journey this year. Now that their EP is available through Drag City and Pitchfork praised it as “an impressive, if perhaps not entirely necessary, follow-through on a joke,” Drag City uploaded the official music video directed by Rhys Thomas and Alex Buono for the title track “Catalina Breeze,” and it’s a great way to warm up on a chilly day.
