Gwyneth  Paltrow’s look- alike 14-year-old daughter, Apple Martin, made a rare appearance on the star's Instagram page recently. 

The 46-year-old actress rarely shares pictures of either of her two kids with Coldplay singer Chris Martin, 41, so not much is known about Apple Martin other than her similarities to beautiful mother and handsome father.

Apple Martin was born on May 14, 2004, in London and has a little brother named Moses who is 12 years old.

The teen is also a dancer, as pictures from Paltrow’s Instagram show her daughter gracefully leaping through the air performing what is known in dance as a Firebird leap. She also has “her father’s musical talent” Elle reports, on Paltrow’s Instagram she reveals that her daughter is “an incredible songwriter."

In an interview with the Huffington Post, Paltrow discusses her parenting style and her beliefs of her kids on social media.

“Apple has a private Instagram and I don’t particularly love it but, this is the world we are in and I don’t want to say you can’t do this” Paltrow said.

She also mentions that her ex-husband Chris Martin was the one who gave their daughter her unique name and gets hurt when people express negative feelings towards her daughter’s name.

Paltrow and Martin divorced in 2016 and she recently re-married Brad Falchuk, 47, who is the producer for many famous television shows such as Glee and American Horror Story. They tied the knot in the Hamptons in September of 2018 where Apple and Falchuk’s daughter, Isabella, were bridesmaids according to Hollywood Life.

Soon after the pair got married, Paltrow revealed that her and Falchuk’s honeymoon in the Maldives was a “big family honeymoon over Christmas” and was “a very modern honeymoon” according to People. The pair were joined by Paltrow’s two kids, her new husbands two kids, and her ex-husband Chris Martin during their honeymoon.

Martin and Paltrow seem to have a very friendly relationship, especially for their kids since Paltrow “just wanted to minimize the pain for the kids,” she told People. She also recently posted an Instagram picture where she included a stocking in her California home for her ex-husband among the stockings for her kids and new husband. People also reported that the divorced parents of two spent Thanksgiving together and Martin’s girlfriend actress Dakota Johnson.
